Looking for a job as a tree surgeon in Northamptonshire? We are always looking to recruit enthusiastic individuals to join our small but versatile team, either full time PAYE or sub-contractor basis.

Rose Tree Care is a Kettering based Arb Approved company established for over 15 years.

We undertake projects covering a wide range of tree work, predominantly in the commercial sector, from local estates, specialist forestry, ecological & conservation works, tree clearance and vegetation management.

Applicants should be hardworking and enthusiastic, be able to work under their own intuition, be self motivated and passionate about the industry and tree work.

A keenness for quality work and due to a high percentage of our works being commercial, adhering to current health & safety legislation would be essential for any successful applicant.

We have an amazing staff retention rate with most of our current staff having been with us 5 years or more and believe that is a reflection on the fantastic working environment we provide.

We have positions available for ground tree workers and climbers, full or part time, with competitive salaries, excellent working conditions and company pension.

We would also welcome applicants from suitable people who have or are recently soon to be leaving college or apprenticeship looking for an opportunity to develop their own groundsman and climbing skills alongside experienced and friendly climbers.

We are a small and friendly team undertaking a variety of works, we mechanise and use innovative solutions to all our works and have a wide variety of machinery from big chippers to diggers and lorries.

We have a zero tolerance policy to drugs and alcohol.

Essential Criteria

Full UK driving licence as well as being confident in driving 4×4’s, vans and trailers.
NPTC CS units 30/31/38
Chainsaw and some climbing experience as well as being competent in chainsaw and other tool maintenance.
Experience in operating rigging equipment and wood chippers.
Have own transport to our yard in Burton Latimer, Northants
Be highly motivated and be able to work to a high standard of both quality and safety.
