Our first step was to identify the issues and put forward clear, practical solutions that would deliver trouble free maintenance for years to come. We provided a detailed scope of works so the client knew exactly what to expect before we got started.
The works included clearing balance ponds to allow for future maintenance and inspection, reducing hedgerows to give PPM teams safe easy access, and removing or reducing hazardous trees that were obstructing lighting and CCTV coverage.
We also created a 2–3 metre clearance strip around the fence lines, improving sight lines, preventing future damage to fencing, and making ongoing maintenance far easier.
