Rose Tree Care was contracted to carry out a major tree clearance project as part of the Newlands Development in Newport Pagnell near Milton Keynes. A development of Two Industrial Units totalling 765,000 SQ FT which required significant road and infrastructure works requiring tree clearance to allow for road widening works.
To complete these works quickly and efficiently we deployed our excavator and tree shear, to fell poor quality road side trees and stack for processing. Using a mechanised clearance method offered us quick and safe means of tree felling. It meant that we could work on the highway verge with correct traffic management without risk to our operators or highway users.
Due to the wet ground conditions we deployed our large tracked bandit chipper. We effortlessly chipped the awkward and thorny material, feeding the chipper with our excavator.
