Poplar Tree Removal with Crane in Cambridge
As part of a routine site tree inspection, one of our eagle-eyed Arborists spotted these large Poplar trees growing against our clients property. The trees have previously been topped off at around 2 meters and had put on substantial re-growth. Unfortunately, as is common with fast growing trees like Poplars, the base of the tree had heavily decayed, so much so, it was a miracle that they had not failed before.
The trees were awkwardly perched on top a bank with a deep ditch on one side and only a few meters away from the clients property with very limited access.
Fortunately at Rose Tree we have a wealth of experience with complex, awkward tree removals and the use of cranes to dismantle trees in these tricky situations. The client wanted as little disturbance as possible to the site operations and gave us only the small time window of one day to remove the trees. We accepted the challenge and with the assistance of a 70 tonne crane, we quickly and safely removed the trees and waste in one day.
